Certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2009, I have a wealth of experience in the health & wellness industry.  I have worked with thousands of people and hundreds of clients over the years; from beginners to advanced, underweight to overweight, and everything in-between.

I have a specialized certification in Corrective Exercise (CES; Corrective Exercise Specialist) through NASM, and I'm also a Precision Nutrition: Level 1 (PN1) certified Nutrition Coach.  With my Corrective Exercise experience, I focus on enhancing mobility and general way of life for those who have prior exisiting injury or movement-related issues.  I've worked with minor to severe issues; such as neck fusions, hip replacements, knee replacements, reconstructed shoulders, and much more.  While my specialization focuses on Corrective, I do have years of practical experience in the following: Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Weight Loss, Athletic Conditioning, Military training, and a plethora of other training modalities.

As mentioned, I am also a Nutrition Coach, and work with a number of clients on a habit-based approach that focuses on building a solid relationship and understanding of how food (and the amount of) can affect the human body and your results in general.  I also take into account other factors of lifestyle: such as sleep, stress, internal health (digestive, hormonal, etc.), activity level, and more; and how they can affect results over the short and long term.  While I do help build meal plans and macronutrient/calorie-based plans, I balance this with an equal amount of respect to habits that need to be worked on as well.

I have my own personal Fitness & Nutrition Coach as well: Paul Revelia of Team Pro Physique.  I'm a firm believer that there is always someone out there that you can learn from that has more knowledge than you, and Paul is that guy for me.  A lot of what I have applied in practical application has been learned from Paul, so if you get a chance, check him out and learn something from him too!  He's making waves and in my opinion, he's one of the best in the business.
